Williamsport, PA -- The weather is 80
degrees, bright, and the sun setting in the West as the Lycoming
College Warrior football team was taking their last full scrimmage
practice before bumping heads with King's College on Saturday,
September 13th.

Wilkes Barre, Pa - "It is a little surprising,
isnąt it?" was the Frank Girardi answer to learning that his 2003
Lycoming College Warriors were ranked first of the eleven teams in
the annual pre-season Middle Atlantic Conference coaches
poll.

chosen as the preseason favorite to capture the Middle Atlantic
Conference football title in a poll of the head coaches in the
conference.

& Smith's Division III preseason top-25 poll. The poll is part

and is the first preseason poll released for Division
III.
